Coaching course in Tsumeb

THE 49th training and coaching course of the Namibia National Sports Council starts in Tsumeb today till Friday.

The course, which is sponsored by Top Score and Namib Mills, will include soccer coaching by Anton Ochurub; netball coaching by Hettie Tholken; rugby coaching by Eden Meyer and athletics coaching by Quinton Steele-Botes.

Steele-Botes will also hold an athletics coaching clinic in Karibib and Usakos next week.

Caltex 10km road raceTHE prestigious Caltex 10km Road Race will be staged for the ninth consecutive year by Windhoek Harriers on Saturday, February 10.

The race starts at the Stein Service Station in Pioniers Park at 07h00 and will finish at the Ramblers Club.

Athletes can enter for the race from 06h00 onwards.
